I was scammed out of a 3 day airbnb rental that the customer support agent informed was a “bait and switch”. I never stayed in any room or unit for the reservation. Still have not heard back about a refund or any compensation.

I would also like compensation for my troubles. I was exposed to a very dirty and sketchy apartment. I also had to sleep in my car for the three days which was such a emotional rollercoaster seeing as I just had another incident with Airbnb.
