Have been charged for a line and iPhone 11 lead on a non existent phone as well as the line (phone number assigned to it) since November 23rd to March 23rd. They acknowledge I have been over charged and have had at least 30 phone calls regarding disputed case but still charges have not been taken off.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
