I tried to contact directtv for 2 mos bc I was charged wrong. Due to covid-19 they were closed. As soon as I got through, they were working from home. Refused to charge me my locked in rate and free genie I was charged for, disconnected service and I have been a customer for 7 plus yrs
This wasn’t my fault. Also i.was.never once late on a payment and loved the service. The programming wasn’t as promised nor.was the rate
