Greystar Product Wasn’t What I Was Promised

There’s a giant crack in one of the apartment’s windows, which was present since we moved in to the apartment. They agreed to fix the window in April 2019, but haven’t fixed it in over 13 months and now claim they won’t fix it.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I would like rent concession for me having to live with this broken window for the entirety of my lease.
