Since last November when I went to the Cross St. location and found it closed they still have not replaced my two defective cable boxes (one completely dead and the other with no HDMI output). I have been paying for service and boxes all this time.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Refund all cable box rental for the last 6 months and refund half of the TV subscription portion of the bill.
