this has been going on since April of 2019. Every couple of months I’m over billed
I spend hours on the phone trying to get it corrected
Today was the third time since April 27, 2020 that I had to call about the same bill. On the 27th of April I called because my bill doubled Customer service said the took the overage off my bill and made the correction . so I would not have any more issues fo a year. ON may 5th I,receive an email stating my payment was late. It was the amount they had over charged me. I Called again and was told that It had been resolved and I didn’t owe the overage. Today I recieved an email and paper bill regarding the overdue due amount, which is what was supposed to have been adjusted off my bill
I was told the would not correct it and that my bill was going up. I have been lied to so many times by at&t and spent many hours on the phone over the last year trying to fix the mistakes. It has cased me to have anxiety and panic attacks from the stress of it all. I ask them to turn off the service and now I am going to be charged even more for early termination.
