It began when I have been paying 25$ per month since 2016. I have several items on my protection plan but when I try to file a claim, I cannot do this online. All the links go to nowhere and I need a screen and hard drive repaired on my Apple desktop computer. I would like for the repair to happen or a refund for all the months that I have paid on that plan.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Purchase a new desktop Apple computer
