May 6th 2020 I Jason Andujar changed my account pin for security purposes on May 19th 2020 metro pcs allowed unauthorized activity on my personal account with no identification, modified previous pin set and illegally And I lost my personal personal phone number which was set to and unknown account this had caused security breach issues in which I would like properly resolved in legal authority.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I ask that the number which was illegally moved out of my account be terminated!
