Santander did not tell me GAP insurance wouldn’t cover the rest of the cost on my vehicle. It was totaled out and I was left paying almost 2,000 dollars still on the vehicle. A repossession is on my credit because I stopped paying once the vehicle was totaled and they didn’t pay for the full cost of the vehicle.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I would like them to take the remaining balance off of my credit report or send the money so I can pay it off.
