Since 2019 I’ve been trying to get better service y’all say y’all have. I’ve upped my service I’ve did tier two support customer support. Y’all send me a box and tell me just plug it in it will help , lie !
I’ve been on the phone on wait to talking 2 plus hours and that’s not the talking to y’all .. y’all should be paying me or giving me credit on my bill for all the stress y’all are causing. A no contract piece of crap service has better service on this property.. I’m tired of this.
