5 hrs. later after the installation I was available to have free time to check out the internet and got nothing but freeze frames. I call Hughesnet to let them know their system was not working and I insisted on speaking with a manager. Will the manager called me back (Maria) and she did what ever she did for and hour then tried to sale me a booster so I requested a cancelation. Maria stated to me that an early cancelation will cost me $400.00 . I explain to her that it has not been 24 hrs and your system won’t even work on the day of install. Well she put me on hold and return stating that they will drop the cancelation fee but I could not order any thing else from the company or they would reinstate the cancelation fee, so I asked about the $158.00 that I had to pay up front on a system I can’t use (Maria) stated that’s non refundable.
