Started 12/5/19 someone from the phone number ***-***-**** stole my service by being able to gain access into my iCloud then the world went into a covid 19 pandemic I can’t get help I want my whole thing rebooted or a new phone and number it’s been reported to local and state police it doesn’t stop I don’t have WiFi n I’m unable to use any apps or leave my data on coz someone is using my data this shouldn’t even be possible I want a new phone and number coz whoever is doing it has already got my information plus CB I’ve been in the store several times I’m on a service with my son so he works and I can’t get any satisfaction my address is **** * **** *** ******* ** ***** I’ have contacted an attorney in this matter they advised me to contact the police it has to stop it wasn’t bad two ppl with the number did it now they added me to a group n I have no control of my device to fix it
