Century link told me they work with LifeLine. I was approved by Life Line. I called Century Link and told them I was approved. They had already set up my equipment required deposit then told me we don’t work with speeds in your area. They wanted me to pay full price for services after telling me I was eligible for Life Link.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Notify Life Link customers that not all speeds are eligible for discounted price BEFORE they set up service.
