Santander has changed my namesake on my account without my permission and they are refusing to correct my name on my account . Also they are still charging me excessive fees , for a time where they locked my account and they put a cease and desist on my account where I couldn’t make calls to them or even make payments on my car, that’s how my car feel into repossession , when I paid the fees and got the car back they still are charging me excessive fees . When COVID pandemic started they noticed that I was a military wife they began changing my name on the account so they couldn’t link me to be married to a service member
