I am an RN, I was approved thru First Net healthcare discount. I had a few questions so I called the 800 number.. It was AT&T, I was lied to transfer my lines from T-Mobile because they had a better promotion.. They had promised so much and non of it will be honored after a total 14 hours of calling AT&T.. I am also a single mom with home school kids, I don’t understand this can happen from this company..
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I have spent so many hours trying to reconcile with them..I have gone to the stores with my little ones to cancel this account.. I have cried because of the stress they had cause me.. They need to stop this kind of practice.. I want hours of my conversations with their customers service be listened to so people may know what kinds of pretenses they make so you can move all your account with them..
