It started April 21st, 2020′ or April 22nd. I was misled about wireless fees, had a second line added to my wireless account that I did not request, received horrible customer service numerous times regarding my wireless account issues, had my internet service plan canceled without my request & both my wireless service & internet service were incorrectly charged. I am experiencing tramatic stress & worry that my services will be disconnected because AT&T hasn’t resolved the problems after my several requests.
