I called customer service to cancel my cable and they told me I was not allowed to. I don’t want it and they are holding me against my will to pay them. Customer service threatened to charge me more. They added more expensive channels on my account that I never asked for. I don’t watch sports channels. Added more fees that do not have to do with me at all. My bill went from $126 to $444 in one month. They are scamming me and holding me hostage. I only wanted internet and phone. The customer service Representative was very rude to me, unprofessional and charged me more money out of spite. I am a victim and I should not have to pay this much money to them when I asked more than once to cancel cable.
