Sprint Lied About the Price

They never tell you about all the fees incurred when you get a new phone and they want a huge amount money to cancel so you’re stuck with them. I hate Sprint.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Stop withholding information about the charges and just be up front. How is this not fraudulent?
