In May I could not pay my bill due to the pandemic ST sent me a stating they are helping their customers through this time so I contacted them they only gave me a 5 day extension a said that is all they are helping their customers with at this time I was upset about that however they had a discounted price for service on May 13 i called for 10 dollar service and they gave me 5 gig data instead I stayed on the phone for over an hour customer care reps refused me information and service after taking my money for a plan I did not ask for then hung their phone up after I asked to speak to a manager after misappropriation of my phones I still do not have proper service I am not able to contact my doctors and I am sick I am not able to schedule online appointments properly because straight talk refuse to give me service after paying for services I did not ask for now my phone data is not working properly they do not provide service for people they are forcing their service on people by taking their money

My civil rights were violated so I am taking this through every consumer complaint I can
