Vivint stated they called my Father in 2017 and he agreed over the phone to allow them to monitor his home. My Father was already being monitored by Brinks since 2016. Not only has Vivint NEVER provided monitoring of his home but they have sent him a paper bill every month since 2017. My Father has paid it faithfully by check every month. My Father’s not only paying Vivint but he was slammed in December 2019 by door solicitors and he’s now paying 3 different alarm companies. I’ve spoken to Vivint twice and sent email once. I requested the audio of the phone call from 2017, I requested cancellation of the contract I’ve never seen and I’ve requested a refund of 1500.00 dollars which he’s paid to an illegal account with Vivint. I have heard anything back from them.
