DirecTV Customer Service Lied to Me

when I first got with DirecTV explain to the customer service representative that I do not get paid until the 3rd of each month I’m on disability and the representative said no problem he was take care of that but when the bill came out it was always more than what it supposed to be so I called to see if I can change it to the date I get paid they said it changed but it never did a bill kept getting higher higher and higher so I called again and asked can y’all please fix my bill I do not get paid until the 3rd of each month they said ma’am we can I fix that because when you get service set up with us that’s what the represent to put in the system I said what that’s not my fault because I explained to him that I don’t get paid till the 3rd now that the bill come on the 3rd of each month but the bill do not come on to the 15th of each month I don’t get paid to the 3rd not the 15th for the bill kept getting higher and higher and higher. I don’t know what I need to do about the situation at this if you can help me I’ll be sure happy that somebody understand what I’m saying
