VRBO similar to Airbnb handles vacation rentals and is not treating owners fairly. My main complaint comes to how charge backs are handled. VRBO does not respond to charge backs. They just let the customer win them all and they take the money back from the owner. This issue is exasperated when it comes to travel insurance. VRBO and their travel insurance partner are denying all claims resulting from the virus, and instead coaching customers through how to do a charge back and get their money back from owners.
