We purchased a home that had Vivint already installed. We contacted Vivint offering proof of ownership of the property, seeking to reset the security codes that grant access to the front door and garage. Vivint told us that they will not reset the system, which will leaves our home open to anyone who previously knew the door code (which were used by many real estate agents when the house was for sale, and leaves us with the cost of having to replace the electronic locks and repair of the walls where the system has been installed.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I would like to receive a master reset code to secure my home or the cost of installing a new security system my house that no one else will have access to.
