I received my installation yesterday – The technician somehow connected the control panel to my living room light switch so now if I turn off the switch the control panel loses AC power. I called customer service, and they had no current solution nor offered an apology – Instead offered a technician to come out ONE week later. Terrible service + definitely not the company I expected.
On top of the tech messing up, he left a thumb sized hole in my wall. Definitely DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. Now I am stuck with the equipment + terrible service.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
A refund or at least a financial severance for damage on my walls / system.
