Initially said that fraudulent activity was settled but then 3 months later closed account with no notice. Spent many hours on the phone with customer service who just passed me onto another rep and another rep and went in circles. No one can resolve the issue.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Remove negative flag from ChexSystems (even though they assured me many times that they would not flag/report it) or any other system. Reactivate account. Pay for all of the time I have spent going round and round talking to people or driving to their banks based on false information provided by several BOA reps.
