Metro by T-Mobile Claim for Compensation

I was out of service for 24 hours and I have 2 toddlers. This is the only way i have to contact anyone. With service completely down if something would have happened to one of my girls and i wouldn’t have been able to even dial 911 someone would be hearing from me worse than this!

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Give my family plan a free month or two of service
