Bank of America Product Wasn’t What I Was Promised

BOA send financial documents to my previous address in 2017 in 2020. They lied about me getting my funds as a direct deposit twice over the phone and third time I called them they told me that they don’t have the funds and I have to file a claim to unclaimed property department.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
A refund, an apology and compensation for lying and sharing my financial information to others.
