Metro by T-Mobile Customer Service Lied to Me

I changed carriers and was given the wrong model phone. When I tried to get them to correct it a short time later, I was informed that I was out of luck due to my incompetence, not theirs. I had to switch carriers again, causing an interruption in service and incurring additional costs and aggravation.
