During Covid 19 ABB sent conctant cancelation approvals to guests elling them they could cancel with full refund. ABB then only sent us 25% of our agreed upon cancelation amount (50% after 2 days prior to 7 days pre check in. Sometimes ABB sent $0 or a bad $ calculation of their self imposed rule.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
refund from guests which canceled but ABB did not refund me the entire amount due to me.
