I want to file a Claim for an extenuating circumstance that has occurred. My cousin has been locked up because of a problem. He was the one who had the rental vehicle under his name, the vehicle in which we were going to travel in to the airbnb we had reserved.
I contacted the Host about the situation that had happened. I tried rescheduling the reservation and they said that my new dates wouldn’t work out because they were going to have renovations. I asked for available dates and they didn’t give a date to rebook. I also sent legal documentation to prove what had happened. I demand a full refund not because of the unexpected events, but because I asked to reschedule my reservation and was not given the option too.Thank You!
