It started at the beginning of the corona virus pandemic. I was told they would work with me and my family about the bill due to the pandemic and me losing my hob that my bill would be reduced instead my phones have been shutoff 2 different tines and they now tell me nothing can be done that the reps i spoke with lied and they sorey
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I believe i should be compensated for pain and suffering due to ibe missed medical calls and other inportant meetings over the phone due to lien to me and my family
