Santander Consumer USA Collections Issues

I always paid my car payment but other creditors I would have to not pay.i finally had to file bankruptcy not to loose my car.my loan was over 20% interest and I did not have a job when I got the loan.maybe the car dealer lied that I did I do remember him asking where I used to work.i paid it over four years and still had a 19,000 dollar balance.i traded car in to get a lower rate but I still owe 19,000 on a car worth 12,000.i have a car loan now with capital 1 .but Santander loan was the worse mistake I made .

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
