Airbnb Claim for Compensation

We had a guest break our stove. The very next day we submitted photos of the damaged stove and were told by Airbnb that their claims would reach out. They never did and 14 days later they closed the case. We uploaded photos and did everything they asked immediately upon the guest checking out and followed their instructions to the T. They say we didn’t file within the 14 day window yet they have on record us uploading everything within 12 hours of the damage. I can prove through photo uploads and conversations with Airbnb customer service and claims department that we did everything they asked. Today they claimed again that because we didn’t upload the photos within 14 days they will not be reimbursing me for the stove which again I can prove that I did upload the photos and customer service says they can also see that we uploaded everything just as they asked.
