Airbnb Customer Service Lied to Me

I order a AirBNB in New York City. My AirBNB was cancelled a couple hours before it was time for me to leave and go to NYC. I was trying to get in contact with the host she never responded. She cancelled my AirBNB and never gave me a reason why. My guess is she seen it was black guy who she probably didn’t trust. Customer service on the app kept saying someone would contact me. Nobody ever contacted me and I’m currently outside in New York City. Very bad and very unprofessional. Horrible communication skills horrible customer service.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Give a place to stay for free in New York City or give me some credits so I can pick a place of my choice. But of course they won’t do that.
