Santander Consumer USA Hurt My Credit

I receive robocalls 24/7. I get mailed Peter’s about me being behind. I told them I would report them for calling too many times now they don’t call me as much. I fell behind and wasn’t able to catch up until recently. Every time I make a payment. They won’t tell me how much is going to interest or how much is going to principal. I had to get several extensions. I’m caught up and current now but after 4 years of owning the car. My $22,000 2015 Kia Soul has a balance of $14,500. I understand fees and late charges but when I make a payment and a half which is about $700. When $100 goes to principal and $100 goes to interest, while $500 goes to Misc. Fees, you’d think something was wrong as well. I made a payment just before that in the amount of $600 and $400 goes to interest while $200 goes to principal. I want out because I’ve played more then the cars worth at this point. I will never do business with them again. Just horrible people. If this is shared with others. Save money to buy a ****ty car then do business with them. They will rob you and tell you it’s fair. Bad credit my ***. They look for people like me because “it’s our only option”. Sad!

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Forgive my loan and to make them pay me back ALL THE INTEREST AND MISC. FEES.
