Financed a car through Santander in 2017, eventually got it repossessed in December of 2019, the night before my girlfriend’s birthday. I honestly think I shouldn’t have qualified for the loan. I have not been the same since. The repossession has caused me so many problems financially, with my relationship, family, job, and myself psychologically. Since the repo I’ve been having battles with anxiety and depression along with trying to make ends meet financially. My life has been hell the past 8 months and I just want to feel like myself again.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Refund, compensation, apology
