I was given an increase of 6% on my home Loan so I called them and told them that I wanted it To talk to a representative and explained they said they couldn’t do anything for 3 months at the end of 3 months they said that the payment stands and are gonna start action at that time I was gonna go to another bank but my credit was ruined
