Airbnb Claim for Compensation

A recent guest caused damage totalling $608.24. Airbnb, despite my photos of damage and pieces of damage, plus despite my cleaner confirming damage was caused by the recent guest AND my walk-through inspection confirming the same, which Airbnb has seen that text conversation, Airbnb says they are not paying because they claim damage occurred previously. Most of my guests are from Airbnb and there is a Host Protection program for damages caused, but Airbnb refuses to use it which is either discriminatory or false advertising.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Pay me the rest of the money owed for damages. I am not asking for anything more.
