AT&T Customer Service Lied to Me

My service was disconnected. I spoke with several customer service agents. O told them I had been out sick because if covid 19 but now I am working and I was going to make payments every two weeks of 200.00. The agent said that was fine and initiated the process of restoring my service. My internet was back on but she told me to wait at least 1 to 2 hours and my tv would be back on. That never happened and when I talked to someone she stated that arrangement would not work and I would have to pay half of my bill. My bill is $1000 plus dollars where would I have that kind of money. And when would I have half. Its like they dont care what is going on. The pandemic is still going on and most people are barely making ends meet. At&t has no sympathy for their customers all they care about is the almighty dollar

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Let me pay every two weeks and restore my service.
