I am first responder according to AT&T but not to Directv- thought i was paying Directv- but payment went to AT&T- Directv shut me off- wanting me to pay 825.00 and 642.00 to restore service. So much for being a First Responder. They would not work with me- even when I told them to just to switch the payment from At&T to them. I wasted 2 whole days- via chat and on phone with outsourcing people.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
restore the service-and let me start fresh- what i mean by this i will pay- the amount- but will need to pay it off on a monthly basis- in the intermin – i just get the lowest offered price for First Responders. IfAt&T and DirectTV are one- then it should be a blanket rule for First Responders- do not cut them off-
