Verizon Wireless Customer Service Lied to Me

At the time when service was set up. Was supposed to be on a buy one get one free deal but ended up paying for both phones. I called on this a few times but was just told they can help me

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
At least help with something mybe refund part of the cost credit the account
