June 18,2020 I called to move service to Nocona Tx they were supposed to come June 20,2020 no show June 21 I called they said they come out July 1 no show they went both times to old address I moved from why would I want service there if I already had service at location then July 5 went to old address rescheduled to July 15 they called and said guy got corona virus which was a lie when I called back they said he went to old address but after 3 no shows they said next time they would escalate me to next day so July 11 no show went to old address moved me to today July 15 they said you have to wait per the dispatch in my area knowing I should be first on the list no July 22 and they changed rules on me after and said sorry other technicians are out on calls so I have to wait now I’ve talked to 3 supervisor att id # Stacy ss07y reference # AI0***-***-****2 and att ID# AI02191769 And I still have no cable I still have to pay my bill I still have to miss work which I work for the Big wig of the Dallas VA I’m not on government assistant I pay for everything and the rules they change as they please I don’t have the luxury to keep taking off work we have sick people to take care of
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Fire the 2 women for there lies or demote them and come out cable in my house and free cable for one year i dont know those women should not be supervisors the last att id lady said she would call me back in 2 hours that was at 10:30 am now it’s 4 pm no call and I’ve been on hold for like 3 hours now I have screen shots of time on phone
