I was charged the same day the gym was closed due to Covid-19 and they re-opened on June 26th. I cancelled my membership due to masks not being mandatory and I do not feel safe because Covid is airborne and the owner said that they are not giving refunds.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Refund and to make wearing masks mandatory for the safety of all individuals.
