Santander Consumer USA Product Wasn’t What I Was Promised

They qualified me by lying about my income. Rated me on some internal score that I did not know about, because of the high interest 5 years later they still want $6,371.00 to pay this off. The car has had transmission problems. I returned it to the dealer because the transmission get shifting and the engine keeps racing while It is standing still. They told me there was no problem with the car. It has been undrivable for the past 2 years.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I would like loan forgiveness, all credit repair, and the title to my car, and a refund.
