Sprint Bad Customer Support
I call sprint asking for a new sim card for a phone i don’t use, they said when i get the sim card to call and active the phone. i ask the guy are you 100% sure i wont be charge for just having the sim. And when im ready i can call anytime to active, Some how they are senting me email after like 2months saying i didnt pay my phone bill when i never call the active the sim card. And threaten me to sent it to claims.
