Spectrum has refused to extend services to half of our street, advising only that it is “not serviceable’.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
In light of the current lack of broadband access, the requirement for virtual learning and remote working, and the presence of a Spectrum service line two doors down, Spectrumshould be required to extend service in compliance with FCC regulations.
