AT&T Lied About the Price

I opened lines with AT&T on the promise that if I sent in devices to trade, they would credit me $700 per device to receive iPhone 11s for free. I sent the devices and have not been credited while they continue to charge me, which now totals close to $1,000. I have reached out to customer service close to 20 times, which has not been helpful
