I was told I was in a great service area and I was until December of 2019 my service went from 5 bars to 1 bar. I called AT&T about this and they told me they would check to see if a tower was down. They never called or let me know anything. I have to go out in my yard to make calls and I get 2 bars. I have called AT&T multiple times including July 7 2020 and they told me they could do nothing. So I went to the AT&T store in Jerseyville Illinois and they said I should have coverage where I live and maybe I needed a booster they sell on Amazon. I have had other family members at my home and none of them get good signal with AT&T at my home
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Fix my service or get me a booster. Even my internet connection is slow
