Offered me bridge pay, said I had 7 days to pay, cancelled me at end of 6 days, went to store did nothing, called cs they agreed I was given the wrong date, but said nothing they could do about it, kept my $50 refused to give me credit for it, lied about my insurance, told them I would switch companies, they didnt care.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Pay me for my time, my aggravation, lying to me, I walked 3 miles in a snow storm to their store only for them to not help me, then had to walk home 3 miles still without phone service.
