February 2020, I started DirecTV service. They asked if I would be “gaming” utilizing the service. I said no. I may be working from home. Is it compatible with VPN? He stated yes. Due to COVID 19, I started teleworking in March, and the system was not compatible. I had to cancel service and was charged approximately $500 for early termination when they couldn’t provide the services advertised.
